List Bots

Retrieve a list of all bots in your organization.
Returns:

• Bot ID, name, and status
• Template and configuration
• Creation date

Send Message

Send a message to a specific bot conversation.
Required inputs:

• Bot ID
• Message content
• Conversation ID (optional - creates new if not provided)

Create Contact

Create a new contact in your organization.
Required inputs:

• Name (optional)
• Email (optional)
• Phone (optional)
• Tags (optional)

Update Contact

Update an existing contact's information.
Required inputs:

• Contact ID
• Fields to update (name, email, phone, tags)

Find Contact

Search for a contact by email or phone.
Required inputs:

• Email OR phone number

Add Tag to Contact

Add a tag to an existing contact.
Required inputs:

• Contact ID
• Tag name

Get Conversation

Retrieve details about a specific conversation.
