    Connecting HubSpot CRM

    Connect your HubSpot CRM to sync contacts, leads, and enable personalized AI conversations.
    Prerequisites
    • A HubSpot account (Free, Starter, Professional, or Enterprise)
    • Admin access to your HubSpot portal
    • A Growth or Professional plan subscription

    Connection Steps
    1. Navigate to Settings > Integrations
    2. Click the HubSpot tab
    3. Click Connect HubSpot
    4. Log in to your HubSpot account when prompted
    5. Authorize the required permissions
    6. You'll be redirected back to the app with a success message

    What Gets Synced
    • Contacts: All contact records with email, name, and company
    • Companies: Company records associated with contacts
    • Deals: Pipeline and deal stage information (optional)

    Sync Settings

    After connecting, you can configure:
    • Automatic sync frequency (hourly, daily, or manual)
    • Which contact properties to sync
    • Whether to create contacts from chat conversations

    Troubleshooting
    Connection fails: Ensure you have admin access to HubSpot and that third-party integrations are enabled in your HubSpot settings.
    Contacts not syncing: Check that your HubSpot account has contacts and that sync is enabled in the integration settings.
