    Overview

The Bot Widget Forms feature allows you to enhance your web widget's capabilities by adding configurable form modes. These forms let visitors submit Callback Requests, Quick Feedback, or Contact Forms instead of (or in addition to) starting a chat. This feature is integrated with the existing notification system and contact management, making it easier for visitors to get in touch with you in the way that suits them best. Available on all plans, this feature provides flexibility and improves user engagement on your website.
